As Solution Architect, you are the strategic mind behind our technological solutions. You develop tailored software architectures and find a suitable approach for every technical challenge. You translate complex business requirements into future-proof solution concepts. For you, MACH is more than just a paradigm, it's an imperative. With your pronounced understanding of modern technology ecosystems, you shape digital transformations that drive our customers forward. This makes you the bridge between business and IT.

• Solution design & system visualization: You create diagrams and visualize systems as well as related data flows. You transform fragmented individual ideas into coherent overall concepts and visually prepare them – in convincing diagrams, tables, and sketches.

• System integration & architecture: You define the systems to be connected, coordinate with all project stakeholders and document the process. You integrate complex data across different systems and platforms and recognize potentials for scalable systems.

• Risk management & fallback strategies: You identify potential technical project risks early on and develop creative fallback solutions together with lead developers and project managers. You always keep IT security and risk management in mind.

• Technology orchestration: With your comprehensive overview of modern platforms, frameworks, and integration approaches, you orchestrate the optimal interplay of different technologies. You evaluate existing systems and conduct assessments of new technologies.

• Communication & mediation: You ensure that all project participants always have an overview of the key technical points and architectural aspects. As a translator between business and technology, you overcome communication hurdles.

• Implementation strategy: You develop a transparent implementation strategy for each solution: From effort estimation to the derivation of work packages to the creation of the high-level roadmap.

• Project initiation & new business: You actively support the identification and development of new business opportunities and specifically contribute your expertise to the preparation of offers.

• Experience & Expertise: You bring at least 3 years of experience in designing complex technological architectures. Ideally, you have a background in software development and know how your solution concepts are implemented.

• E-Commerce & Web Technologies: You have experience with e-commerce projects (e.g., Spryker, Commercetools, Shopify+), web applications (React, Next.js, Vue.js, Vercel) as well as modern CMS systems (Storyblok, Contentful, Hygraph) and PIM systems (Akeneo, Contentserv).

• Consulting Background: You have worked for several years in a dynamic environment – ideally in consulting or an agency. This experience has taught you to find fitting answers to new technical questions.

• Strong Communication Skills: As the first point of contact for clients and the project team, you communicate transparently and continuously with all stakeholders. You explain complex technical issues understandably.

• Visual Structuring: You like to structure your thoughts visually and work with tools like Miro or comparable diagram tools.

• AI Experience: You have experience in the use and integration of Artificial Intelligence and know how to use it sensibly in your area.

• New Business Development: You think not only technically, but also commercially. You have a knack for new business, recognize potential, and help us win new projects.

• Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and English – both orally and in writing.
