Berlin. The Berlin software agency Turbine Kreuzberg appoints Sarah Hoidn as new Managing Director, extending its leadership team around founders Alexander Janthur and Peter Breuer, and Managing Director Florian Möller. In her new role, Sarah Hoidn will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that client projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, as well as setting and executing the company’s long-term strategy.

Sarah Hoidn has been with Turbine Kreuzberg since 2017, most recently serving as Client Director. In her role, she has long played a pivotal role in building lasting client relationships at Turbine Kreuzberg through successful delivery management, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the continuous successful roll-out of the company’s software projects.

“Our partners are facing complex technological challenges and opportunities, from bringing greater flexibility into legacy infrastructures, to incorporating new digital services, and getting tech stacks AI-ready. I am convinced that we can best meet the task by coming even closer together,” says Sarah Hoidn. “We want to further strengthen the relationship with our clients, seeing technological needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing guidance and options. In short, we want to take over technological responsibility. I’m excited and honored to drive that mission forward in my new capacity.”

"Sarah understands deeply what our clients need and how best to achieve it"

– Alexander Janthur, Founder and Owner

“Sarah Hoidn has been integral to maintaining our one hundred percent delivery rate across our projects. She understands deeply what our clients need and how best to achieve it,” adds Turbine Kreuzberg founder Alexander Janthur. “We strive to always find the best possible technical solution for the challenges our clients face. Sarah’s track record proves that she is just the right person to continue our path of successful project completions and happy clients.”

In addition to her now more comprehensive role, Sarah Hoidn will continue to oversee Turbine Kreuzberg’s client team charged with delivery management and technology consulting. Her appointment as Managing Director follows the departure of her predecessor, Christopher Möhle, who stepped back from his role at his own request, and is a testament to the importance Turbine Kreuzberg lays on strong long-term client relationships.
