The Position: Working Student Business Administration
As a working student, you’ll be a part of the Business Administration team. Together with your team, the mission for this position is to make sure everything is up and running on-site so that everyone has the best possible experience. Working closely with the management and our Administration Executives, you will be responsible to ensure that both the office and our flat in Berlin are in perfect condition, in order to maximize the comfort of our international teams. Your tasks include exchanging with suppliers and teammates through all the common communication channels like telephone, e-mail and mail and of course in person onsite. Additionally, you are responsible for travel bookings and orders.
You will also have total freedom to suggest the best creative improvements you can think of. If you’re well organized, a fast learner and can quickly become the soul of the office, all of this will come naturally to you over time. This is a 20h/week opportunity, with schedule flexibility and to be done entirely onsite at our amazing and central Berlin office near Moritzplatz.

Our Tools and Habits
Our Administration team uses the common applications out of the MS-Suite or Google Cloud with a main focus on Word (Doc) and Excel (Sheets). The mindset of having a strong team instead of independent individuals is key for them. At the same time everyone takes over responsibility for their topics and works on them with a high level of diligence, commitment and flexibility. I am sure you guessed it already, but our Business Administration team are masters of organizing many tasks at once. No one is better at keeping things running than them.
