The Position: Key Account Manager
Our Key Account Managers accompany our client projects from the very beginning. They continuously ensure implementation is moving forward in line with the business and stakeholder perspective. They overview the ongoing development of our projects in a way that is transparent and comprehensible for all stakeholders. As the individual project’s business experts, they check and present the status of project progress, budget, risks, and timing, always aiming for the maximum business value.
Key Account Managers identify and capitalize on opportunities for the agency itself. They have a keen eye for processes and are able to formulate appropriate strategies that help the agency grow. That’s why they suggest measures to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, constantly building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

In our software projects, we mainly use PHP and Typescript, and we rely on frameworks like Spryker, Symfony, API-Platform, Laravel, Next.js or Nuxt plus the latest JS framework of the month. We sometimes use platforms like Oro, Shopify, GraphCMS or Commercetools in order to keep from having to solve tasks that have already been solved. Our development and deployment cycle is built around GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes, which we use in accordance with the principle of Continuous Integration
