SCRUM MASTER / AGILE COACH (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (f/m/d, permanent position) to assist our team in Faro at the earliest possible date.
Turbine Kreuzberg is developing forward looking product platforms, marketplaces, individual applications and optimizes platforms. We are using strategy, technology and design to help give companies and corporate startups the chance to get the most out of the digital revolution. And we’re looking for new talent such as you to make us better.
Our Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches
Our scrum masters are tactful and empathetic. They oversee collaboration within the project team and help improve efficiency through coaching, process support and mediation. They use their knowledge of models such as Scrum, Kanban or Design Thinking and draw on their extensive experience in implementing large projects with dispersed teams. We know what peaceful communication means and also when a verbal incentive leads to the achievement of a goal.
In addition, they are frequent readers and walking dictionaries, always looking for new perspectives and paradigms that could enrich their work. They critically and inquisitively evaluate what others are doing and find ways to further develop our agency’s work methods.
Our Models and Tools
For us, models and processes are thus a means to an end: We use Scrum and Kanban to achieve our projects and have developed our own adapted version of these methods. Tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Continuous Integration enable us to map out our agility. Above all else, direct communication and the development of joint solutions in the team always take priority here.
Based on project requirements, we develop some projects with classical approach models. The scrum master then becomes a process attendant who keeps an eye on the throughput of Waterfall.
We give you room for creativity. Make project or development recommendations, take your own initiative or assume responsibility. That’s how code libraries, new processes and a company spin-off in Portugal all came to be. Or the four-day work week, which some of us love. You can become the designer of your own agency if you use the freedom to fill this space.
We work in interdisciplinary Scrum and Kanban teams, which are always arranged based on the project and each have their own specific rooms. As a result, we are agile, flexible and facilitate the best solution, not the ego.
We offer money for work, help for problems, drinks for thirst, compensation for overtime and recognition for success.
