The Position: Director of Sales / New Business

In our client projects, the Director of Sales plays a lead role in large-scale software development projects, serving as a counterpart to our Technical Directors. They engage with our business stakeholders and develop valuable new solutions and strategies with them. The Director’s work ensures client-side business growth, while simultaneously enhancing the client’s project lifecycle for the agency.

Internally, the Director of Sales takes full responsibility for developing the consulting team in order to support overall business growth. They lead our growing in-house consulting team and are highly involved in designing the right processes and organization structure. In this role, the Director of Sales ensures the proper execution of resource planning, recruitment and training within the consulting department.

Furthermore, the Director of Sales has an eye on keeping our consulting department up to date with emerging tech and business trends, industry best practices and potential new markets. Finally, they continuously review the business performance of their team and identify areas for improvement, always with the aim of enhancing team operations while meeting and exceeding targets.

Our Tech Stack

Our passion is e-commerce, SaaS solutions and transactional platforms, such as marketplaces and service platforms. Our Consultants typically use tools like Google Workspace and Pitch.com to create visually and verbally engaging reports and informative materials for management, project/product management, executives, stakeholders, and clients.

In our software projects, we mainly use PHP and Typescript, and we rely on frameworks like Spryker, Symfony, API-Platform, Laravel, Next.js or Nuxt plus the latest JS framework of the month. We sometimes use platforms like Oro, Shopify, GraphCMS or Commercetools in order to keep from having to solve tasks that have already been solved. Our development and deployment cycle is built around GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes, which we use in accordance with the principle of Continuous Integration

Our Workflow
