Background
Bio Circle has been developing, producing, and selling cleaning products for industry and skilled trades for over 30 years. This makes sales a complex and challenging endeavor. The company sees itself as a pioneer – it was one of the first in the industry to introduce a digital B2B platform.

The task
To digitally accelerate sales.

The solution
To understand customers and reap the full potential of the sales process, we got out of our office chairs and into the passenger’s seat to join the field sales staff during their day-to-day business. What became of it was a product platform that supported sales, above all, and relieved some of the pressure on the internal and external sales force by automating processes and making products traceable.

The Shopware B2C system served as the foundation, and we adapted it to B2B needs in order to work with the international structure, promote future growth, and allow Bio Circle to manage the platform on its own.
