We are looking for a German-speaking Consultant in Berlin to assist our teams at the earliest possible date.
tl;dr
- Consultant to start asap in Berlin (with the option of remote work).
- Experience in a consulting position within a dynamic business environment, preferably in a technology-related field. Affinity for tech projects and large-scale software development projects specifically.
- Skillset: Structured communication and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical skills to identify project issues and recommend appropriate courses of action; ability to adapt to new concepts and technologies in order to develop strategic approaches together with our tech teams and clients.
The Position: Consultant
Our Consultants serve as true partners for our clients. They advise clients on the use of technology to meet business objectives and provide strategic guidance on IT infrastructure.
Their daily work includes meeting prospective clients to determine project requirements, defining the scope of development projects, and high-level planning of timelines and resources within the agency. That’s why they excel in written and oral communication, analytical skills and giving kick-ass presentations.
Our Consultants are quick to understand organizational realities in other companies and the industries they operate in, and swiftly identify and resolve project issues. They are the business-oriented counterpart to our tech teams, preparing continuous status reports and steering meetings for our ongoing development projects.

Our Tech Stack
Our passion is e-commerce, SaaS solutions and transactional platforms, such as marketplaces and service platforms. Our Consultants typically use tools like Google Workspace and Pitch.com to create visually and verbally engaging reports and informative materials for management, project/product management, executives, stakeholders, and clients.
In our software projects, we mainly use PHP and Typescript, and we rely on frameworks like Spryker, Symfony, API-Platform, Laravel, Next.js or Nuxt plus the latest JS framework of the month. We sometimes use platforms like Oro, Shopify, GraphCMS or Commercetools in order to keep from having to solve tasks that have already been solved. Our development and deployment cycle is built around GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes, which we use in accordance with the principle of Continuous Integration
